Viewings of the shop can be done by appointment.
How long does shipping take?
Usually around 3 working days. It is quicker if you are in Gauteng.
How much is shipping?
We have 3 shipping options:
Pudo to Pudo R60
Postnet to Postnet R109
The Courier Guy door to door R120
Shipping cost is per order, not per product.
How do I order?
You can order on the website. Just add your items to your cart and go to checkout.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes, it is located in 47 Sycamore ave, Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg

It is my side business so I am not always available to open and we don't have set office hours.

Is everything you have on the website?
All items on the website are in stock and everything I have in my physical store is on the website.
If you cannot find something on the website then I do not have it in stock.
What if I want something you don't have?
You can send a whatsapp to 0741331718 with the item you want and I will see if I can find it when I order again.
Can I place custom orders?
Products I can custom make:
-Habitats(These are the same prices as the habitats on the website according to size)
-Mousepads(R50)
-Desk pads(R500)
-Mugs(R80)
-Magic mugs(R100)
-Lighters(R100)
Do you ship to my location?
I can ship anywhere in South Africa.
International shipping is not available.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to refund faulty products and send a courier to return it.
Exchanges can be done at an extra shipping fee, just get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been shipped you can cancel your order. Just send us a whatsapp, email or Facebook message. Once it has been shipped it will be treated as a refund or exchange.
What is your privacy policy?
We only use your information to send your orders via the chosen courier or contact you in regards to your order or specials we may run. We will not share your information outside of the courier companies. Your information is safe with us. The payment gateway we use is secure and comply with the POPIA regulations.
